Returns & Refund Policy

At Thread Theory, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Be returned in its original condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable.
Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage caused after delivery, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@threadtheory.com.pk or +92 48 7780145.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable. We will review your request and advise you on the next steps.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
Package the item securely and follow the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. If the original method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative.

The time required for the refund to reach you may vary depending on the payment provider and processing method. We will communicate the applicable processing timeline when your refund is approved.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us before shipping anything back so we can advise you on the appropriate arrangements.

For returns due to a change of mind, size preference, or other reasons unrelated to an error on our part, return shipping costs and any applicable deductions will be communicated before the return is finalized.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and our return eligibility requirements.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their required original condition may not qualify for a return, subject to applicable law.
